“Not a sales pitch to get us to spend more money”
Our company recently used Omega Z Advisors to assist us in our out dated HR department. Some of the board members were skeptical of having an outside source come in to help us with this area. This was mainly because, like most companies, we are berated with emails and phone solicitors using scare tactics to get us buy their products. Through out the entire process of the HR audit the board kept anticipating a big sales pitch on products/services to buy in order to “stay in compliance”. What they found in the end was nothing of the sort. Omega Z not only laid out a well organized list of what could be some problem areas, they prioritized them and then gave us a short & longer term game plan for correcting these areas. To put it in a nutshell; they not only pointed out the problem areas in our HR department, they gave us a blue print on how to fix it. Much to the boards surprise the game plan was not a sales pitch or a tool to get us to spend more money.
