Personal Biography
Mike Lehr is a Human Resource Advisor with over twenty years of sales and business talent experience. He is the President and founder of Omega Z Advisors, LLC which specializes in the practical application of intuition in the areas of influence and problem solving. Mike’s experience and fact-finding has been 100% real-world; he has been an active participant and not a third-party observer in his research. He has been keen about ensuring his methods and approaches work in the chaos of the marketplace and not just under controlled, research-accepted conditions.
In addition to enhancing his talent by helping businesses and individuals through his own firm, he has also done this through many integrated experiences with three major corporations. Mike has helped employees on all levels – from the front-lines to the executive suites. His forte is maximizing people's effectiveness at minimal cost by making the most of existing resources.
Mike is the author of the book, The Feminine Influence in Business, and a collection of papers, The Midas Papers. His book deals with intuition and its practical application in the development of talent. His papers delve deeper into specific, intuitive techniques concerning influence and problem solving.
While he worked for other major companies prior to launching his own practice, he developed the reputation as a “last stop” for creating, developing and implementing approaches to extremely difficult, tactical situations that required helping people become more effective. This reputation became the inspiration for naming his company Omega Z Advisors: “When you’ve been everyplace else, you’ve arrived at the last place. That place is Omega Z.” Mike has become known for effectively:
- Provoking thought along innovative lines
- Asking exploratory and transformative questions
- Working with the most difficult employees
- Providing innovative insights and approaches
- Assessing personalities and learning styles in practical terms
- Employing fun, yet instructive, training and coaching methods
- Crystallizing complex strategies and concepts into tangible steps
- Documenting the thoughts and ideas of others
- Creating a picture for any problem or process – being the “Analogy King”
Mike is an amateur military historian and the word “lehr” is a German root used to describe all things associated with teaching, apprenticeship and education. In WW II, the Lehr Panzer Division was the unit assigned to demonstrate the integrated tactics of Blitzkrieg (lightning war) to all panzer officers. Similarly, our personalities are far more effective when we apply them in an integrative fashion rather than in a piecemeal one. Mike’s approach is centered upon unleashing the lightning power in our personalities.
